Following concepts, our team prepares detailed construction drawings for submission to the local building jurisdictions for review. We collaborate closely with clients, general contractors, engineers, and other project partners to ensure the documents receive permit approval and are ready for construction. Throughout construction we are available to assist general contractors to ensure the design intent is implemented correctly through site meetings, RFI's/submittal reviews, final punch walks, and construction coordination.
